Method
 

  1. Confirm the package says fully cooked and permits air-fryer preparation.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if recommended by the manufacturer.
  3. Place the frozen tenders in one layer without thawing or stacking.
  4. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Turn and rotate the pieces, then cook for 5 to 8 minutes more, checking early for thin strips.
  6. Confirm the thickest center reaches 165°F, then rest uncovered for 1 to 2 minutes.
